Shipping your samples to us is an easy and straightforward process! Do not hesitate to CONTACT US with any questions or concerns you might have.

How to Send Samples

  1. Fill out the downloadable ORDER FORM and SAMPLE LIST. Please note that you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open these files. You can fill them out and print them.
  2. Send us an electronic copy of your completed ORDER FORM via email to sales@hdanalyticalsolutions.com or by fax to + (0) 1 519 488 1034. Please be sure that you have included the following information: shipping method/company, tracking number, date shipped.
  3. Package samples according to the recommendations detailed on the Sample Packaging Info page (see Support Links in the column to the right)
  4. Include a copy of the completed ORDER FORM and SAMPLE LIST with your samples
  5. Ship your package to us (see Shipping Instructions, below) at: analytical services - microscope

Shipping Instructions

  • We recommend First Class Airmail or an express courier service such as Priority Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT
  • Overseas shipments should label the package contents as "GEOLOGICAL SAMPLES FOR SCIENTIFIC STUDY - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE- WILL BE DESTROYED IN THE ANALYSIS."
  • Each submitted sample should be clearly marked with a unique sample code number of your choosing and these should correspond with the sample numbers listed on the SAMPLE LIST accompanying your samples.

Methods of Payment

  • Credit Card

    We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard. Please send the name printed on your card, the expiry date, and the 3-digit security code to us via telephone or fax. DO NOT send this information via email.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer

    If you wish to make payment directly from a bank account please CONTACT US.

  • Institutional Purchase Orders

    For institutions requiring that a purchase order be issued prior to the purchase of goods/services, please include an original or scanned copy of the purchase order document(s) with your order.

  • We do not accept personal cheques
